Wow its been a busy Easter so far and the past few months have been flat out new saws another one being looked at to keep up with demand, new transport being looked at to keep up with deliveries and new customers flying in a few jobs today in En24t - 310 mm dia x 930 mm long 4 off and 230 mm dia x 906 mm long 2 off along side a load of p20 blocks ordered before the Easter break delivered 1st day back.

What a great start to the year new customers new saw installed, cut pieces and full packs going out the door and more new plans in the pipeline to increase turnaround and capacity

Just a few from Jan

Well 2022 has started well with an example of Fridays dispatch, 10 pallets out the door, 4 delivery runs completed by our fantastic drivers, orders still coming in, a new saw being installed and few new tricks up our selves to help make the service even better well done team c**t.

As we enter into our last working week of 2021 we would firstly like to say we know how tough it has been for everyone including our selves, but with the support of the existing and what we can only describe as a wave of new accounts who have given us the chance to prove our selves to them we have really been able to see a light at the end of a long tunnel.

All of this would not of been possible with out our very valued staff and there families who have been supportive of our staff while they spent hours outside of the regular 9 to 5 to keep the orders going out on time we know the value of family at C**t and we are all one big family and seeing how our staff's family have supported there loved ones during a dark 2 years and worked around the spare of the moment extra hours needed to make things work, it was because of that we decided that not only was we going to give every member of staff a choice of bottled drink but we was also going to treat there families wives and kids and all to a lovely slap up meal with a free bar and to say that the port n ale pub shown us the Royal treatment is an understatement they really did treat us well.

Now to say it feels good to give back to those that have been there when it was needed is also an understatement our staff and there families are why we do what we do to help keep people employed and happy whilst doing it so to see them all enjoy them selves eat and drink and be merry and to meet their children and there partners and all have a great time made the whole year worth it.

So as we finish off our last few orders and stock take for the last few days we say firstly thank you to our customers we will continue to show you our appreciation in the work and service we give you and thank you to our staff and there families we really would be lost with out you.

What a great evening watching Steed Woodall Professional boxer do what he does best and let his hands fly he made an entertaining fight and had a massive reception and loud support from the crowd shows he's growing in popularity it was a pleasure to sponsor you a pleasure to know you and a real pleasure to watch such an entertaining fighter who really does act as a great ambassador to the sport true gentleman who made time to come and say thanks to the massive amounts of people that came to watch him all credit to the fighters and the promotional teams and trainers that help put that night together fantastic evening of boxing.

We have been quite for a while working hard and making sure we are in a strong position for the new financial year and with a record year last year managing to break the million pound turnover target we have started the new financial year with a bang already smashing targets and here is an example of the latest job to leave the door well half the job other half due in a few weeks time 6082 block 350 mm thick on its way to the customer.

Really can't thank our customers enough for the trust they put into us only recently we started offering a profiled service and already in week one we have been given £30k worth of orders from our customers the level of trust in us is really overwhelming WE WONT LET YOU DOWN.

When we had a customer ask for a non standard request we agreed to try.

Fantastic pet feeding platforms made to bespoke requirements and personalised but one problem our customer said some of the bigger dogs like to chew.....

Asked us of we had something that can reinforce the edges but not add to much weight so aluminium angle cut to size and mitred corners to keep it all looking neat just been sent a pic of the finished article and what a fantastic product it us even got one my self.

When a customer put us to the test with various different grades of Ali stainless and plastics all multi cuts and needed it with in 2 days delivered we met the challenge and got the job done special delivery service Al the drivers on his way.

What a busy week multi cut jobs flying out the door steel blocks, tool steel blocks, aluminum blocks, aluminium round bar,stainless Round bar and cast iron round bar it really has been a mixed bag this week.

With an unbelievable first week at C**t we really are over whelmed with the trust and and orders our customers put into us, We will continue to push to deliver what you need when you need it, have a great weekendand stay safe from all at C**t Materials.

Great to see Steed Woodall Professional boxer at his best and getting rounds in with another champion of the sport and what a lovely t shirt mate great fashion you have 😉😉😉

And they just keep on coming another 3 tonn of 12 mm mild steel plate off on its way to another happy customer.

Not just non ferrous here is 2.5 tonn of c250 (EN8) profiled to shape and packed and wrapped and on its way to the south coast.

Another large cutting job complete and out the door on its way to the customer, order taken yesterday and needed on there shop floor for today not a problem.

A fantastic start to the new month for C**t although it is tough due to a second lockdown but as part of the manufacturing sector we have been asked to stay open if we can,

Well we have not only stayed open but have tried to help with keeping people in work and taken on a new member to the sales team who is now pushing the stainless steel sections and brings with him years upon years of experience in this field and is already gaining alot of interest from new potential customers.

We have also had our loyal customers asking us to get there orders out quickly and quick we have, here are some examples of the jobs taken, cut and delivered this week.

Tooling plate cut how it should be and aluminium plate and cast block cut and on its way all to the customers bespoke requirments.

When new customers ask us how we fair against our competition we simply answer with.... we don't fair against them we simply do what we always do and our customers come back week in week out and that is all the proof that we need to show we are better than our competition, we don't look to what they are doing we just do what we do and that's listening to the customer and to what they want and need and when they need it and when we say we are going to do it we do it!!

We are proud of all our staff who work day in day out and evenings to make us what we are and to what we are becoming.

At least we wasn't shut in a year as some predicted.

And the end result of getting the job done right is the compliment from the customer in the form of a repeat order for next month bar ordered and will be with you the first working day of October. 6.1/4" stainless 100 pieces every month till the forseable.

Another quick turn around job for a customer 6.1/4" stainless cut to size and will be out the door by tomorrow order taken this morning.

Didn't have all the stock (can't stock everything can we) so went and collected it and got it cutting 1 full started 1 to go and will be with them tomorrow as promised.

What a great start to the week 2 new accounts for us 3 for our sister company a fantastic sales day for both of us and customers coming back to us with new orders saying there first order came on time and as asked for.

A new contract taken on 3 months ago a customer found us on our website and told us he was fed up of being let down by his current P20 tool steel supplier and asked us to quote the job 3 months on and every month true to his word he has given us the repeat order and true to our word we have met his delivery dates every time so here is another 1500 kgs of tool steel on its way to another very satisfied customer.

Structural steel no problem if we don't stock it we can still supply it DON'T DELAY CALL C**T TODAY.

Another non stock item cut packed and wrapped quicker than a chicken running from a casserole.
