Just waiting for the grout to dry before we fit this great looking kitchen, I can’t wait to see the end result !!

All our cabinets are rigid, and they’re pre-fitted with the latest specification soft close drawers, and soft close hinges, to speed up the installation.

Our cabinets are bespoke to each and every job, so they can be made in many different colours (these are Cashmere) and to an infinite number of dimensions, for those awkward, or special WOW factor spaces 🤩

All cabinets are made using high quality 18mm Egger boards, and only contain holes specific for the job they’re doing, such as shelf adjustment, so they look great inside with nice clean lines, they’re also made locally to reduce the carbon footprint against them.

As standard we use solid 18mm backs for ultimate cabinet strength, which also provides easy fitting of electrical sockets and switches on the back wall.
And we use higher quality BIG legs for improved strength and stability.

As can be seen in the second photo, we can also have the cabinets made with different colour front edging, helping to keep the cabinets light inside, while not seeing the lighter cabinets in-between darker coloured doors 😍

Most potential customers want to see finished pictures of a kitchen installation, however sometimes it’s the installation pre-work that needs to take the applause …..

This extension had been sized by the architect, however when our customer approached us for high quality computer images of her kitchen, it was quickly apparent the room wasn’t big enough to include the island which was desperately wanted.

A quick call to the customer, followed by detailed plans sent to the builder, and the stud wall was re-positioned, allowing the room to be extended by 500mm which made all the difference.…..panic over !
I can’t wait to see the end result in December

Getting detailed plans done nice and early for a longer term project can make all the difference to the end result, in fact we’re already working on five Summer 2023 jobs.

Here’s a great example of truly bespoke kitchen cabinetry that we’re fitting this week.

With the room being taller than 3m, a standard height kitchen would have looked a bit lost, so something special was required,
we got to work on the computer and decided that a 2.7m tall kitchen would work best.

We had the cabinets made at 2.5m tall, and because the doors are a bespoke black grey colour, we had the front edges of the light grey cabinets edged in anthracite so the gaps between the doors wouldn’t show, as they do on many off the shelf kitchens.

The stability and additional weight of these super tall cabinets was never a problem, because we use 18mm thick back panels, and high load ‘Big’ legs as standard.

Throw in a bespoke anthracite drawer pack using top quality Hettich runners, and it all starts to take shape ….

Dulux announces its 2023 Colour of the Year - kbbreview Wild Wonder has been named the 2023 Dulux colour of the year. The shade is said to be 'inspired by the natural world’.

If you fancy a 2 tone kitchen, here’s one we designed, supplied and fitted that was a little different……

The white base & wall units made the most of the natural light in the room, whereas the tall units and end panels were done in a very dark contrasting wood effect to make the kitchen more visually striking.

As you move around the room the blocks of colour swapped around to give you different views, sometimes mainly light, sometimes dark.

Here’s an in-frame kitchen we recently designed and fitted.

Sometimes wall space is limited, so getting the most out of your worktops is essential.

Here we can see an extra deep worktop, offering plenty of clear space in front of the small appliances, a low level microwave sitting below the worktop on the island, and a bespoke pantry with a usable worktop complete with electrical sockets, plus 5 extra deep shelves to get the most out of what was an awkward area between a wall and deep pillar.

The customer was really pleased with our solutions because they didn’t want to cramp the area with wall cabinets, they much preferred a tall full length Splashback, topped with a deep shelf so they could decorate the kitchen with happy thoughts and memories 💜

Bespoke Kitchen Design

When space is tight then getting cabinets made to measure always pays off.

Here we can see some shallow depth base cabinets (not just wall cabinets used on the floor) they can be any depth you want, and where possible we remove the usual void at the back of the cabinets to make them bigger on the inside, we can also add more shelves to increase storage of smaller items such as cans or mugs and cups.

Adding rounded pillars is also a nice touch, as it smooths the corners and adds to the perception of depth.
