Congratulations to Thomas, Joe and Taylor. These lads joined us as apprentices and are now fully qualified part 2 scaffolders👷‍♂️

Also, congratulations to Josh who has passed part 1 of his course and has now moved into his second year of training

We have 2 apprentices in their first year and 2 just starting out their journey with us. We wish you luck and we hope you enjoy your training.

Our next cohort of apprenticeships will be advertised towards the end of the year. Applications are now closed however….

We do have roles available to drivers over the age of 25 with a clean liscence. Get in touch with us if this would be of interest to you.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to start work and earn a wage, while learning new skills that lead to nationally recognised qualifications.

This opportunity is available to motivated individuals who wish to start a career in the scaffolding industry. You should have a good head for heights, the ability to handle equipment and components and have a highly developed sense of responsibility.

There are no formal requirements but it’s useful to have GCSEs (grade A*-C) or equivalent in English and maths. Applicants will need to show that they are committed, happy to work as part of a team and individually, and able to use their own initiative.

Applicants must be able to commute to Tysley for a 7am start and to college which is based in South Birmingham.

Qualifications you gain:
Level 2 Construction Diploma in Scaffolding
Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Accessing and Rigging Occupations: Scaffolding
The Construction Industry Scaffolders’ Record Scheme (CISRS) Scaffolders’ Registration Card
Level 1 Functional Skills
Employment Responsibilities and Rights
Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
You may also gain value-added qualifications in first aid and health and safety, along with other industry-specific subjects

ROAD TRIP: A sunny day out in Manchester. The boys worked hard on this all day, eventually they were able to put down their tools, stop drooling, and join the vibe at the adjacent cocktail bar 🙌
