If you need a phased transition back into education following previous difficult experiences, our Access to College programme provides bespoke specialist support. Access to College aims to re-engage students in formal learning through a bespoke part-time timetable and work towards attending a main College programme. The programme is devised around the individual as they gradually increase their attendance at College following a series of planned activities which help them to decide on the best course of study, in line with their future goals. Turn your passion for sports into a rewarding career! Our Powerchair Football Academy allows you to combine your passion for sport whilst achieving an academic qualification during your time at QAC. Working in partnership with The Albion Foundation, this is the first collaborative Powerchair Football and Further Education 'study programme' of its kind in the whole country. It is specifically designed for ambitious young sports people with high needs aged 16-24 years old who are passionate about football, coaching and sports leadership. Powerchair Football is a unique fast-paced and dynamic sport. Enjoyable to play and watch, Powerchair Football creates a great social environment that builds key life skills such as teamwork and communication. If your sights are set on a career in sport, this exciting programme provides the opportunity to work towards sports qualifications and develop as a powerchair football player.
