We had a customer who booked a appointment in our showroom last minute yesterday. She had been to a few others and was massively impressed the moment she walked In, it was wow. It's like a real life venue. She booked loads of stuff for her wedding in merry hill at Christmas 2024. Few hours later deposit and booking forms returned and deposit paid.

Our showroom remains a highlight, showcasing an array of event décor and entertainment options such as mobile discos, photo booths, and arcade machines.

We will revamp the showroom to align with seasonal trends and introduce new stock items that will captivate our clients' imaginations. More new products are coming this week. This fantastic white flower wall is due Wed / Thurs. We also have 8 more Flower pieces arriving tomorrow.

We are also looking to open another 400 square feet in our showroom, making it 2700 square feet. This would be our Flower room with table centrepieces, Arches, Walls, Bridal Flowers and blossom trees.

We have two more bookings to see our fantastic showroom this week. One is for Windmill Village in Coventry, and the other is for Pendrell Hall in Codsall. Looking forward to show them some of our new products and we now have our printing software up and running for welcome and seating plans.

As we transition from wedding season, the pace is shifting towards corporate events. This week marks the beginning of this change with a series of exciting engagements. On Tuesday, we're setting up 'Letters and black linen' at the Birmingham Motorcycle Museum, giving the event a sleek and professional touch.

Come Thursday, our team will be hard at work adorning 300 chairs with elegant covers at the prestigious Grand Hotel in Birmingham. These events mark a significant step as we pivot our focus while maintaining impeccable service.

In addition to these events, our showroom is undergoing updates to accommodate three new couples who booked just this week. It's crucial to keep it constantly evolving and reflective of current trends.

We're also preparing for an influx of new inventory. This week sees a substantial delivery of centrepieces featuring floral displays, flower trees, and decorative accents. Another delivery is planned for six weeks from now.

Looking ahead to January, we'll introduce fresh items, including a stunning flower arch and an enchanting flower backdrop—perfect for any romantic celebration or sophisticated gathering.

We have mr and Mrs Holland booked in tomorrow, Mr and mrs Tyler Monday and another bride and groom Tuesday evening once we have been to the motorcycle museum with black linen for 450 guests and led letters.
