Apprenticeship learner progression data January 2024

Our achievement is a result of the fantastic team work and collobrative working effort with the employers. Apprenticeships when delivered in partnership with employers add tremendous value.

Our Ofsted inspection report (April 23) says:

“Most apprentices have a precise line of sight of the career opportunities available to them in terms of further study or new roles and promotions upon completion of their apprenticeship.

Leaders and managers work closely with employers to help select and plan the content of the apprenticeship. For example, on the level 3 senior healthcare support worker apprenticeship, tutors work closely with employers to develop pertinent learning resources to support apprentices working across a range of different clinical pathways”. .apprenticeships

Corporate responsibility and sustainability covers the 3 key areas:

Social
Environmental
Economical

The Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 makes social value a formal requirement of public authorities to consider the economic, social and environmental wellbeing of public service contracts.

A company which is socially, environmentally and economically responsible can boost its image and build its brand value, it also increases employee morale in the workplace which can lead to greater productivity and increased profitability.

Amongst the many benefits, a business can see increase customer retention and loyalty. Socially responsible companies have the opportunity to stand out from the competition because they promote and develop superior and positive brand recognition.

Peer support is founded on a non-coercive, human rights-based approach that focuses on building relationships. Working within clearly agreed boundaries, Peer Workers purposefully share their own experiences. They maintain equality with, and work alongside, others facing similar experiences and challenges in their health and wellbeing. Their work is underpinned by mutuality and reciprocity, widely recognised as core principles of peer support, with the central focus being on building trusting relationships rather than intervention.
