1. Start with a blank canvas.

2. Gather everything you may want to use - try a mix of: books, vases, frames prints/photos, baskets, boxes, candles, potted plants and accent objects.

3. Place the biggest items first to create a focal point and stagger them around to create balance.

4. Create groupings of 2 or 3 items - decorative accessories or stacks of books are great for filling these spaces. Try pairing items of different heights and layering on top of books.

5. Step back! See the bigger picture, is there a variation of shape, height and textures? Once you step back, you can see if you want to make any edits.

I never thought it would be so hard to get a VAT receipt.

The store can't give me one.

There was no VAT link on the e-receipt.

I first tried the Live Chat on your website and the Argos
representative was very unhelpful and deliberately cut me off before the conversation had been completed.

I contacted the store and was told to telephone Customer
Services.

When I spoke to Customer Services on the telephone I gave
them all the details and I was told that a VAT receipt would be
emailed to me within 48 hours. Nothing arrived.

When I telephoned Customer Services a second time I gave
all the details again and was told that I would receive a
telephone call within 48 hours. No such call has been received.

I've sent a message through the FB messaging system. No reply!

Could someone please help?
