It’s this Saturday Aldridge MacMillan Christmas fair here are a few bits that will be coming along look forward to seeing a few of you come and say hi and Mr W will be on the next stand with his lighting.

Just a couple of weeks till my only Christmas Fair this year lots of handcrafted gifts and Mr W will be bringing his lighting along too. Get the date in your diary xx

I am so sorry to announce that the Pumpkin workshop has been cancelled.
My car was stolen today while I was at work so I am with out transport currently. X

I am happy to announce that I will be bringing back my velvet pumpkin making workshop. If you would like to join me I will be in the workshop room at Bath & Body Barn based at Curborough Countryside Centre.
The workshop will be from 10.00am till 12.00 on Sunday 15th October beginners welcome and go home with your own forever pumpkin.

All the Jack O Lanterns have been sold one is going over the sea to California. I do have three sets of pumpkins available which can be split up if you would prefer. Please pm me for more information.

This little pumpkin is still waiting to be picked he is growing in a vintage tin only one made he has thread jointedarms and legs all handstitched for a gift that’s something different.

So it’s autumn and it has to be pumpkin time as promised here are this year’s pumpkins forever. I only make a small number of items each year and please see each picture for details.

Its coming to the time of year that the pumpkins come out and there are three of my pumpkin jack 'o lantern men coming too so watch this space in the next week.

Finally had some time to play its been a very busy summer with days out, holidays and Mr W retired. Meet the Frog Prince had fun making this chap how handsome is he.

Its an evening of feet up now busy weekend lots of starry gifts found new homes. Thank you to Phoenix Interiors for organising and a big thank you to friends and customers old and new for your support x

The reader and The Cheese Stealer latest tiny mice will be coming to Springfest 2023 not long to go.

Well you met “William”yesterday and today here is “Archie” playing on his cart and he seems to have picked up a small passenger “Little mouse” they are off to have fun free riding down the nearest hill

Meet a new tiny bear “William” he is having fun riding his cart and look he even has his ball with him ready to play footie in the park

It’s been a while since I posted lots going on and we have been getting the garden ready for summer, taking family time oh and I had tendinitis in my sewing hand. I managed to complete this display piece from all removed materials and vintage Childs underskirt , vintage christening gown in beautiful lace and the head dress was donated to me by a lovely lady it’s very old and made with wax but sadly was showing it’s age. So here is my bridal gown all hand stitched. Do you like it ?

My latest tiny jointed mouse just off the work bench today

I have been nominated by Samantha Hodson to share a craft item each day for the next 10 days. I would like to nominate Joanne Kindon to share some of her work.

This week I have been working on some teeny bears and a mouse. Then yesterday got a charity shop bargain this cute kit called Mr Dog the newsagent and have spent this afternoon doing some slow stitching he is quite dapper

Another Moon piece finished "Starlight, Starbright" the moon sits beneath a cloudy sky catching stars and placing them back into the night sky.
Please note this piece is one off and sits in a glass dome.

“Catch a Falling Star” I enjoyed making my first moon so this is number two the moon has caught a falling star ready to place back in the night sky. Set into a vintage drawer really enjoyed making this piece.

This little lady was finally finished her name is Maggie and she always has her nose in a book. None of those Kindles for her she just loves her books.
