I love the carrot cake made by my mother when I was a child, that is the most delicious. She will make a lot every New Year, and my father will steam it over firewood. The taste is particularly unforgettable.

Cooking instruction:
Add a drizzle of oil in a non-stick pan.
Place the bun's pleated side down in one layer, slightly apart. Cook 2-3mins until the bottom turns golden brown and add in enough water to cover half of the buns. Cover with a lid and let it cook in medium heat until water almost evaporated. Open lid and wait all water evaporated, total around 18mins.
