This year we launched a menopause committee to help drive initiatives that will benefit employees affected by the menopause, both directly and indirectly.

Our committee has been busy making changes as a result of employee feedback. Here’s what they have actioned so far:
👕 lightweight t-shirts for the summer months
🔥 adjustable neck fans to combat hot flushes
🩺 launched a virtual GP service which employees and their families can use to discuss their menopause symptoms
📃 launched the menopause policy including leader guidance
🖥️ leader and employee e-learning around the menopause

As part of our efforts to give back to the local community, we have recently launched volunteering initiatives within the business, which will take place each quarter.

Our first volunteering initiative took place in September when we visited the Bethany Foodbank.

Congratulations to our newly qualified Mental Health First Aiders who completed their training this week with Open Road Learning!

This week, we celebrated our early career talent who have recently graduated from their Foundation Level Degrees, achieving incredible results!

Over the past two years, our early career talent have worked hard to achieve this academic accolade in Manufacturing and Engineering, gaining valuable knowledge and skills to help them advance in their desired career paths.

We are so excited that the new canteen at our Aston site is up and running.

It's the perfect place for our employees to refuel and relax, especially in the new "chill out zone" 🍏

We have recently expanded our internal learning and development offering, with the launch of our new online learning system.

The system provides employees with access to over 1,500 courses, allowing them to drive their own development.

It has been great to see our employees using the new platform, with over 500 people accessing the system since its launch.
