A customer's job from last week.. contacted SJO Property Services To replace their bath as it was leaking through downstairs. Little did they know the floor joist underneath was non existent. We sprung into action replacing the floor joist with this monster 9x3, new P5 floor board then installed a new bath and pannel keeping their taps to match... least they can now enjoy a bath without ending up downstairs with the bath 🙂

It's been a hard few weeks here at SJO. Whilst Chris has been busy keeping many customers happy, our Simon has been working hard alongside CPM Limited.

Doing five kitchen installations in 5 weeks, with jobs in between 💪🥵 including new flooring and sub floor repairs to compliment the new kitchens.

We would also like to give a special mention to Blue Glove oven cleaning specialists they did an amazing job with the oven cleans, they look brand new. Highly recommended 👌

Our lovely customer's contacted us as their driveway was constantly flooding... They didn't have any drain on the front of their property only on the side entry. So we got to work digging up the concrete, laying a new waste pipe connecting to the main drain. Layed new concrete and new Aco drains across the front of their property. 😃 let's just say flooding will be a distant memory for them going forward. New air bricks and jobs complete. Another happy customer.

Little concrete pad we done today for a lovely couple, old wooden floor was not strong enough to support their new doors so they needed us to level off the concrete edges and a new concrete pad with DPM. 🙂 happy customer = happy contractor
