We admit we have had a little social media hiatus. With covid, train strikes & soaring temperatures (to name a few) it’s been tough on everyone…

HOWEVER.. we are back and more active than ever before. Kicking off the good news, we will be opening on SUNDAYS at Bennetts Hill location during the 31st July & 7th August.

We will be bringing a range of specials which will be available exclusively for the games.

IT IS OFFICIAL//The Indian Streatery is officially in the top 10% of restaurants worldwide.

We are delighted to receive the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award for the third consecutive year 2019, 2020 & now 2021.

In this particularly challenging year we would like to thank our amazing front of house team, our wonderful chefs & of course you, the guests. Thank you for all your support over the years and especially over the last 18 months.

We are overjoyed to announce our main site is back open again after 6 difficult months. Unfortunately we have lost some great birmingham independents along the way, however we will do our best to fly the independent flag sky high again 🙏

Just to get you bursting with excitement- The changes we have made are off the charts! Here are a few highlighted below to get you ready in joyful anticipation//

•Our street cart bar has had a massive makeover 🔥

•We have created two 'streatery pods' for those special occasions & link ups 🔥.. We can't give too much away right now but they are looking amazing!

•We will continue to run the grab and go menu from 11.30am-2pm

• The full menu will now be served ALL DAY MONDAY-SATURDAY 11.30am-22.00pm (alongside the grab and go during the daytime).

• New cocktails & champagne on the menu ready for all that lost time 👊

• Of course there will be new dishes on the menu which have never been seen before! You guys are in for a treat 😋..

• The return of our Streatery concepts continue with monthly specials returning to Bennetts Hill. The Streatery concepts saw the birth of pakora fried chicken wings & the paneer fries! So watch this space 🎬

• There will always be tables allocated for walk in to keep spontaneous planning well and truly alive 🥇

The love of the cooking, the aroma, the preparation, the buzz, the bell ringing, the fire burning, the service, the grill operating, the fans spiralling and most importantly the food..

We are back in business! The Indian Streatery Express returns Monday 12th April. If you need more good news- we have it! Our outdoor seating has had a lovely revamp, come check it out!

We don't take bookings for our outdoor seating but table turnover is very quick. First come first serve! Let's bring back spontaneous last minute plans! Of course, If you can't wait (and we can't blame you) order ahead via click and collect//uber eats through our website!
