Job Description
The role of our Recruitment Consultant is varied and fast paced. It's a client orientated role where they will develop relationships with businesses and candidates alike. They will aim to secure new contracts and source and recruit potential candidates to fulfil our contracts with our business contracts .

They will mainly be responsible for the following tasks:

• Identifying and developing client/business relationships

• Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database

• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment

• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client

• Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond

• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidate

• Offering CV, interview and general career advice

• Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

• attracting new clients/businesses through sales, marketing and networking

• visiting clients at their sites and gaining insight into their businesses and requirements

• advertising job vacancies

• headhunting, which involves identifying potentially suitable clients and approaching them to discuss job opportunities

• matching existing candidates to suitable vacancies

• reviewing job applications, coordinating tests and interviews and creating shortlists for clients

• arranging reference and background checks

• giving advice and support to employers and job seekers

• meeting targets for placing candidates or generating leads

As the role of a recruitment consultant is primarily placing the right professional into the right job, winning new business, and ensuring long-term working relationships with existing clients and candidates. The approach a recruitment consultant takes to do this, however, can vary significantly on a day-to-day basis.

Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week.

Salary: £22,500 - £26,500 per year, dependent on experience.

Job Description
General builders - We are looking for experienced general builders however, training will be provided if required for all new employees who join our team full time.

As a general builder you will have the opportunity to progress into project management roles.

Our general builders are required to work across Birmingham and the West Midlands performing different tasks on both residential and commercial properties. This can range from minor home repairs to full residential and commercial refurbishments. We are looking for all-round tradesmen with a proven track record of performing tasks in the building trade to a great standard.

What's expected from the general builder;
Complete property renovations.
Report works completed accurately
Collect materials required for jobs
Organized and able to work to deadlines
Proactive can do attitude and the ability to problem solve
Trustworthy
Ability to prioritize and fulfil work load
Multi skilled tradesperson with experience in a wide range of property refurbishment and maintenance tasks
Must be able to finish all works to a high quality finish
