Morning all. Well mom and me are double delighted with this wonderful wedding cake. Mom's elephant (I named her Nellie lol) is incredible. Last year when my lad came to visit we are salted caramel and chocolate tarts. This year we've made my nan's apple pie (although I have cheated and used a jar apple sauce until I master hers lol) The pastry is just like I remember from my childhood, brought back so many memories 😋😊❤ # # #
