We're back! The www.manaleak.com site is up and running again. You can order singles and sealed product, including Outlaws of Thunder Junction, and submit buylists.

Hi all,

Unfortunately things haven't gone quite as smoothly as hoped with our recent server move and we're experiencing some issues with the website's security certificate configuration.

There are no security issues as such, however the security certificate details aren't quite aligning as they should which is throwing up browser flags and a few other minor but significant usability issues.

The page is currently under maintenance until it's sorted out as it's fairly hard work to use as the moment. The issue is being dealt with as a high priority, but unfortunately is out of our hands so we're not sure exactly how long things will be down for - we're hoping not long, but it will be for at least for a few more hours as our tech support are all operating in the US. We'll update as soon as we're live again.

Sorry for the inconvenience to anyone who's been trying to get on over the last few days. Any orders already placed have been processed and we should be back to normal service again as soon as this issue has been worked out.

On the plus side, our Birmingham store is still open as usual tonight for Commander (5-11pm) and Modern FNM (7pm), and our payment systems are all unaffected.

Happy Monday, all! A (relatively) quick update on recent site issues:

- Our server move has gone through smoothly! The www.manaleak.com site is operational and taking orders and buylists as usual. If anything we're running at a better speed and a few other glitches from the previous server seem to have cleared up, so hopefully this means a more enjoyable browsing experience moving forward! :)

- Email notifications still need integrating and will hopefully be sorted in the next couple of days. Orders are coming through and being posted out as normal. You can see your order status and history on your account page (you must be signed in when ordering for this facility). If you would like us to confirm your order or have any other queries, please contact us at [email protected].

- We *think* everything is going to plan so far, however if you experience any difficulties using the site, or have any other queries please do get in touch, either by email at [email protected], or message our Manaleak.com page.

- As a side note: Outlaws at Thunder Junction lost all their images over the weekend - these are back, and available for preorder. Prerelease spaces are also available, so do sign up if you can, it's lovely to see you all in store! 🤠 https://bit.ly/OTJMTGManaleak

A (slightly longer than hoped)* status update about our (order) status updates and some recent delivery delays:

Our site is still having issues connecting to emails to send updates when orders come through and when they're shipped or ready for collection.

Our web hosts are currently working on a server move which should fix this issue (and hopefully some other niggles on the site!), however it's taking a little longer than initially planned.

We've been told that this should be completed this week, so fingers crossed all goes to plan! In the meantime, however, historic and current order statuses are available on your account page (you must sign in to your account when ordering for them to register. We can't link orders made through guest accounts). We're also happy to confirm your order and/ or shipping status in the meantime - just drop us an email at [email protected] or add a note to your order at checkout.

An additional but separate issue that's recently come to our attention is some significant delays in postal orders due to a Post Office stamping error. A number of orders appear to have been put through with incorrect shipping so have been significantly delayed whilst the Royal Mail issues notifications etc. If you aren't already in contact with us about this issue and have received any additional fees, or are still waiting on delivery for orders placed on or around 22nd February (the errors may have affected post from more than one drop off), please do let us know at [email protected] or send us a message via this page.

Apologies for any inconvenience these issues have caused, and thank you for your patience whilst we sort them out. Hopefully normal service will be resumed shortly.

Murders at Karlov Manor Saturday prerelease is in full flow, with 18 players in store.

We're running more Karlov Manor sealed tomorrow at our Saturday midday prerelease and our popular prerelease draft is this Wednesday at 7pm.
