Best time to post on Instagram? Well it all depends on YOUR audience.

As obvious as it may sound, the best time would be when your audience is most active on the platform and this may vary from account to account.

The great news is, Instagram Insights tells you when your audience is most active on the app.

In addition to this, I'd always recommend to review your previous posts.

You can do this by identifying your top 10 or 15 posts from the past and to look at any patterns i.e were they posted on the same day of the week? Post at similar times?
