Our Recent utility project was in need of modernisation, by removing a stud wall we doubled the size, installed a quickstep vinyl flooring new LED lighting and howdens Joinery units.

Apprentice Update…

Last summer, Our Apprentice, Billy, replaced this old exterior balustrade with a new one as the existing one was rotting away and was missing panels.

Billy is now cracking on in his second year with the hopes of becoming fully qualified.

Bin Store…

At a recent job we completed, the customer wanted a bin store in order for the bins to have a more secure and hidden area.

We followed regulations and dug a suitable amount out of their front grass area and replaced it with concrete. In the future, the customer wants resin above the concrete so we allowed a suitable gap from concrete to the existing drive level so that when the resin is poured, it will all run in level.

Garage Conversion…

Before Christmas, BMS took on a project in which the customer wanted the garage replacing with an indoor living area with the addition of a window for natural light. We also made adjustments to the front porch and fitted a brand new front door.

Oak Cladding & New Under-stairs Door…

Last year, we removed the old staircase and over cladded the newels with oak and added glass for a more open look. To prevent any possible accidents before the glass was fitted, we inserted mdf sheets into the gaps where it was possible to fall through to suit the customers needs as they had a young child.

We also removed the old under-stairs door and fitted a new bespoke one to match the other doors inside the house.

Staircase Redesign & New Doors…

Before Christmas, we removed the old staircase hand rail and designed a more open and modern handrail with the use of glass. We also replaced the existing doors with new ones to match the customers idea they had in mind.

Brand New Custom Staircase…

This week, BMS have undergone a project at .wakefield . We removed the existing staircase in order to create a more secure staircase for workers having to go in and out of the cellar. We then fitted anti slip flooring on top of the stairs in order to prevent any accidents that may have occurred without the use of the flooring.

Bespoke Fitted Door…

Previously, we replaced a dated door with a newly modernised bespoke door to create a newer look.

Just before Christmas, we transformed this living room with custom fitted shelving and units…

Using MDF, we made use of the customers empty space with the addition of these custom units completed with scribes at either side to finish it with a more complete and fitting look.

We recently fitted this new kitchen into a newly built extension in order to create a modernised effect and a main feature for the downstairs area of the house with the inclusion of a dining room also.

The kitchen was also finished with quartz worktops for a distinctive look.

Oak Staircase With Spindles + Oak Doors

Here, we cladded the existing staircase with oak and followed with the fitting of new oak doors. The addition of these new oak aspects work together to create a new prevalent and stylish look to the interior.

Media Wall Project…

This job involved the addition of a media wall in order to gather a dissimilar and modernised look. The removal of the plain wall allows this living room to seem a bit more characteristic and comfortable. We also ensured that the customer wasn’t losing out on space with the insertion of shelves for storage.

Here, we transformed the customers garden in order to create a more unique look and cleaner area for their dogs, reducing the amount of mud trailed into the house.

Rear Extension & Garden Transformation…

Here we have a rear extension we built along with a new patio area surrounded by brick walls and the addition of bifold doors for a wide open view.

We knocked down the original conservatory and an exterior wall in the kitchen along side with fitting new steels for support.

The new open plan kitchen area is just perfect for space and the outside area offers the luxury of relaxation.
