Therapeutic Massage

Do you suffer with any muscular aches and pains that get you down? I can help ease and stretch those muscles to alleviate any unnecessary suffering. Having a regular massage can also be a preventive treatment, whilst boosting the circulatory and lymphatic system to help detoxify your body.

My techniques depend on the person and how sensitive the area is but I can use a mixture of sports, deep tissue, therapeutic, Swedish, hot stones, Indian head massage, Chinese seated, Thai massage techniques with organic Aromatherapy oils.

Massage & Reflexology can be used to help the body become more efficient in healing itself. I have been practicing for nearly 30 years now and have done many additional course, including nutrition and Qi-Gong to help with the home care advise.
