And so another Dubai 7’s is over. Well done Gulf Legends but we came up against some tough International vets sides. Everyone gave 100%. For those injured, recover and rehab well. An honour as always Gents 💪🏼👍🏼

Open for business since the 12th. Great to see most of my ‘old’ clients back in, albeit with some injuries 😩
Lots of stuff going on at my various rugby and cricket clubs as well.

I am still OPEN FOR BUSINESS (due to the level of my qualifications).

So all future appointments are still ok providing that you have an injury and/or are being rehabbed by me.
(Unfortunately not just for routine soft tissue flushes)

Having returned from the cricket in Pakistan we are now in ‘lockdown’ the same as everyone else.
When we get the green light after this horrible virus has gone away we will be open again as usual.

Well that long weekend in Jersey went really quickly!!
An honour to be asked to be the Sports Therapist/Medic for the RAF Vets Rugby Team at the Jersey 10’s again, great bunch of people, met old friends and made new ones.

So, this week I’ve had a fair few people with ‘post Xmas and New Year resolution’ running and ‘over training’ injuries which needed treating.
No big problem if you treat early enough.

Awesome three days with the AGRFU Leg’ends at Dubai 7’s.
Through to the International vets semis but up against a World Legends 100 team with a few caps between them😂 (600 I’ve been told!). Lost to them, but they did go onto win the vets tournament.
How much tape, lotion, cling film and ice have I used??? 😂 All worth it though.

No clinics until 7th December due to other commitments , sorry.

Today ... I’m at Chelmsford City FC covering their pitchside and therapy requirements. 👍🏼

Who reached the final only to be narrowly beaten by Henley.
Pleasure to have been part of the set up 👍🏼 (although my liver and kidneys are still in rehab 😂)
