Iāll share some of Rafa in the comments for inspiration.
As hard work as puppies can be at times, this quote really resonated with me. Whenever I see a puppy, life just feels that little bit better.

No better way to send a sunny Sunday afternoon than supporting 2 of my lovely clients and going to watch them at Herts Heavy Horse Show.

I have been slowly moving over to an app that stores all my clients' details safely according to GDPR regulations, I can send out reports and exercise plans from it too.
Over the next few days I'll be contacting all my lovely clients to get their email addresses if I don't already have them to send out onboarding forms to get all your animals and your details.
Keep an eye out for an email if I already have your email address.

Also a massive thank you to Lotte for doing a great presentation and agreeing to run it with me.
Watch this space for the next date.
This is so true, and such a lovely quote. Horses are such beautiful animals that never judge you.
Double tap if this resonates with you.
I love being able to help senior dogs, especially the ones like Quala, who is a retired guide dog that has arthritis in her elbows.
She has weekly sessions consisting of massage and PEMF to keep her comfortable and give her as much joint movement as possible.
Physio isn't just for when your dog has an injury it is also beneficial to book your dog in for regular maintenance sessions so that any issues can be picked up and dealt with quickly.
Quala loves her sessions and always greets me with a waggy tail and labrador kiss!
To book your dog or horse in, text me on 07816 768 338.
There are still a few spaces available on our 1st aid course. Comment below to secure your space.
This is a great way for helping to support small independent businesses like myself.
Itās so important that we give our horses the time to process what they are seeing be that out on a hack or in the field.
When I treat my horse clients I always leave my machines where they can see them and allow them time to look and have a sniff so that they can work out for themselves that they are no threat to them.
This is particularly important when dealing with horses that have poor eyesight or injuries. Ella, one of the rescue ponies I care for is partially sighted in one eye so she can get easily spooked so we always give her time to investigate new items that are in the field or surrounding areas.
HAPPY EASTER! I hope you all have a lovely Easter weekend and have lots of fun.
We will be having our annual family Easter egg hunt with my niece and nephews. When it comes to chocolate, it's every man for themselves š¤£ so it's always a fun time.
Rafa will be having his own hunt with his dog friendly chocolate.
Please remember that human chocolate is toxic to animals, so please don't give them any even if they give you the puppy dog eyes.
What are your plans for this weekend?
It's always lovely when I receive messages like this from my clients after I've been to see their animals.
Archer is an 8 Yr old rescue staffie that I see every 3 weeks to help him with arthritis and tightness in his shoulders. His owner, Kim, has a great relationship with him, and we always make sure that we take the sessions at his pace.
If Archer is feeling a bit overwhelmed, he gets up and presses his button, asking for a cuddle. I'm pleased to say that he very rarely asks from cuddles during his session now but always gives me a big cuddle and staffie kiss at the end of his sessions šš
Only 1 more week to go until the clocks go forward.
I don't know about you but I can't wait! Lighter nights means evening hacks and longer walks.
Who actually takes a first aid kit out with them when they are walking their dog. I won't lie to you, I never used to!
But you never know when your dog is going to have an accident and you need to be prepared. Worse case, senero, you can use a piece of your clothing to cover a wound, but if you are anything like me, your dog walking clothes are usually covered in mud and god knows what else!
After many hours looking for the perfect kit to carry with me and researching exactly what you need in said kit, I found the perfect size that would hold everything I needed but not be too bulky to carry and get in the way and it fits on my belt or bag strap!
I am now going to be stocking a limited number of them, so if you would like one, let me know by the 5th of April as this is when I'll be putting my next order in. They only Ā£14.99.
Watch out for a post in the next few days where I'll be showing you exactly how much is in it. You'll be amazed.
Also, don't forget that I'll be holding my canine first aid course on Saturday, 4th May, with my lovely vet nurse colleague, Lottie. Comment below if you would like more information, and I'll send over all the details.

Happy Motherās Day to all the mums out there. Whether your children are human or fur babies I hope you have a lovely day. Rafa and I are off to spend the day with my mum today and have a lovely roast with white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake after š¤¤.
I hope you all get totally spoilt today.
I love this quote.
It's so important to listen to what your horse is subtly telling you. If you have a great relationship with your horse, you will be able to pick up when 'something isn't quite right' and get the issue fixed before it becomes a real problem.
Why not take a few minutes this weekend to just sit and be with your horse. We all have such busy lives, but it's so important to make that time to reconnect every so often. I love to take the time, especially when the sun is shining to sit in the field with mine and just spend time watching them and just being together doing nothing.
Would you know what to do if your dog got injured when out on a walk or at home?
If the answer is NO then this Canine 1st Aid day is for you!
A local vet nurse, Lottie, will be going through every thing that you will need to know and there will be the opportunity to have a go at doing some of the bandages etc on the day too.
Unfortunately we are unable to have dogs on the day but we will make it as interactive as possible.
The price of this day is Ā£95 and this includes tea, coffee, lunch and afternoon cakes to keep us going.
We are limited spaces to 20 people so that you get the most from the day.

I'm so excited to be using this software. I already use Equicantis for the exercise programmes but they have now added extra features so that everything is in one place.
From today I will now be able to write your session reports and email to you at the end of the session with any exercises you need to carry out and there are also diagrams to show you where the areas are that we are working on, all before I get back in my car!
We've all been there at some stage when we think it's not working and you don't know where to turn next but take a step back and listen to what your horse is telling you and work together and you will soon turn the corner in your rehab journey.
Double tap if you agree.
Happy 2nd birthday to my sidekick and the reason behind many of my projects.
Happy birthday, Rafa! š„³ you are the best and most laziest labrador I know š
