❗️How To Lose 5-10kg In The Next 90 Days ❗️💪 ⬇️

1. Create a Calorie Deficit ✅

➡️Track Your Intake: Use an app to monitor your daily calorie intake and ensure you’re eating fewer calories than you burn.

➡️Portion Control: Be mindful of portion sizes, and choose nutrient-dense, lower-calorie foods like vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.

2. Prioritise Protein ✅

➡️High Protein Diet: Protein helps to build and maintain muscle while promoting satiety, reducing overall calorie intake.

➡️Protein-Rich Foods: Incorporate lean meats, fish, eggs, legumes, and dairy into your meals. Aim for at least 1.2-1.6 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight.

3. Incorporate Regular Exercise ✅

➡️Strength Training: Engage in resistance exercises (e.g., lifting weights, bodyweight exercises) to preserve muscle mass and boost metabolism.

➡️Cardio: Include moderate to high-intensity cardio (e.g., running, cycling, swimming) to burn calories and improve cardiovascular health. Aim for 150-300 minutes of cardio per week.

4. Optimise Your Sleep ✅

➡️Adequate Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night to support weight loss. Poor sleep can increase hunger hormones and reduce your ability to lose fat.

➡️Sleep Routine: Create a consistent sleep schedule, reduce screen time before bed, and create a restful sleep environment.

5. Stay Hydrated and Manage Stress ✅

➡️Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. Sometimes thirst is mistaken for hunger.

➡️Stress Management: Practice stress-reducing activities like meditation, yoga, or deep breathing. Chronic stress can lead to overeating and weight gain.

Bonus Tip: Consistency Over Perfection ✅

➡️Sustainable Habits: Focus on making small, sustainable changes rather than drastic short-term diets. Consistency is key to long-term success.
Implementing these strategies will help you lose body fat gradually and healthily, leading to lasting results.

Progress coming along nicely! This week I ended up heavier than the previous - which DOES NOT MATTER! Totally normal for your weight go up and down, my body fat % has come down, but my muscle mass has increased - hence the change of weight.

➡️ Was tactical with my calories this week which allowed me to have a guilt free day at the cricket at lords. ( hangover has been a shocker 😳 )

❗️Lows this past week❗️

➡️Getting to the gym was probs the hardest thing this week, couple of the days I really couldn’t be arsed. But my god was I glad that I did it! ( you never regret a workout )

➡️Sleep is the biggest struggle for me - however I managed to get more nearly every day this week, apart from the 1 day where I started at 5am.

On the 2nd picture they’re are pretty much identical - how ever they’re 1 week apart and the photo on the right I have lost 1kg extra.

This is totally normal during your fat loss journey- some weeks you see / get results - some weeks things slow down and plateau. Trust the process, keep rinsing and repeating, weeks will lead into months which reward you with an amazing transformation 😊

➡️Really craved chocolate this week and all I wanted to do was just eat and eat!! ( few things I adjusted through the week to make my life easier ) 1 - Delayed when I started to eat. 2- Had chewing gum most days to just distract the urges to snack and pick

➡️Sleep again hasn’t been great, floating around 4.5-5.5 hours ( I know it isn’t enough 🫣🙃 slowly working on it ) - Few things in place this week to hopefully help ( Will let you know if they do next week )

I am currently 4 weeks in!

The first on the left my starting weight was 90.6kg and VERY bloated.

The photo on the right was my weight on the 17th August at 85kg

I have had a 2 week holiday during this time as well, on holiday I didn’t track once! Had multiple beers every day, we ate out 6 times out of the 2 weeks.

In terms of exercise / activity- I did 4 workouts across the 2 weeks… BUT I didn’t miss one day of hitting over 10k Steps!

❗️Highs this past week❗️

➡️ 4 workouts completed
➡️ 83k steps so far, really happy with my progress and starting to really notice it.

❗️Lows this past week❗️

➡️Energy levels have been low most of the week, purely from getting back into my deficit and work after having 2 weeks off!

➡️Sleep has been really bad too averaging 4-5hours each night 😴 - the reason my sleep has been affected is due to the getting back to early starts, late finish’s as work is mega busy 🙏 and having 2 kids that don’t like sleeping in 🤣🤣

❗️PROGRESS IS NOT LINEAR ❗️

Here are progress charts from 7 of my current 1:1 clients 📉

They all started at different weights and they’ve all worked with me for different durations, so naturally no two charts are the same… BUT each of these progress charts has ONE thing in common 🤔

Which is that their PROGRESS IS NOT LINEAR‼️

Soooo many people throw in the towel too soon, because the scales go up after a weekend of social events, after holiday or because they didn’t lose 3lbs in one week. They get disheartened and give up because they’re not getting the fast results they’re after.

This is where I come in. To remind my clients that progress is NOT linear. Life is always going to throw you curveballs.

There’s always going to be obstacles, there’s always going to be weeks where the numbers don’t go down.

In order to get to your goal there’ll be ups and downs, highs and lows - you’ve just got to ride it out.
However it’s during the lows that soooo many people give up and throw in the towel - don’t let that be you!

The sooner you realise that your weight will fluctuate throughout your weight loss journey, and the sooner you start to understand why it does so, then the easier and more enjoyable the journey will be.

Trust the process and be patient!! If you’re doing everything right then you WILL get there. And if you’re not doing everything right then it’s time to make some improvements. NOT give up completely 😜

A message from K….I have just finished my 3 months with Ted, and I am over the moon with my results! I have lost 1.5 stone, down 1 (nearly 2) dress sizes, and just feel amazing in myself which is the main thing!

After having my two boys I have tried to loose weight myself but I haven’t stuck to it, but the accountability and reassurance I am doing the right thing from Ted has led me to this point and I couldn’t be happier! This is the best I have felt in years and I haven’t felt restricted or confused with what I can or can’t do whilst doing it!

Here are progress charts from 9 of my current 1:1 clients 📉

They all started at different weights and they’ve all worked with me for different durations, so naturally no two charts are the same… BUT each of these progress charts has ONE thing in common 🤔

Which is that their PROGRESS IS NOT LINEAR‼️

Soooo many people throw in the towel too soon, because the scales go up after a weekend of social events, after holiday or because they didn’t lose 3lbs in one week. They get disheartened and give up because they’re not getting the fast results they’re after.

This is where I come in. To remind my clients that progress is NOT linear. Life is always going to throw you curveballs.

There’s always going to be obstacles, there’s always going to be weeks where the numbers don’t go down.

In order to get to your goal there’ll be ups and downs, highs and lows - you’ve just got to ride it out.
However it’s during the lows that soooo many people give up and throw in the towel - don’t let that be you!

The sooner you realise that your weight will fluctuate throughout your weight loss journey, and the sooner you start to understand why it does so, then the easier and more enjoyable the journey will be.

Trust the process and be patient!! If you’re doing everything right then you WILL get there. And if you’re not doing everything right then it’s time to make some improvements. NOT give up completely 😜

This is Abby, Abby has just completed an 8 week program with me! We started on the 26th November 2023

Abby came to me with a goal of losing 5kg’s… And we smashed it with plenty of time to play with at the end of the 8 weeks 😊 As anyone knows working with me I am all about keeping it simple and totally UNRESTRICTIVE.

How did we do it ??

1️⃣ Calorie deficit / High protein diet - CUTTING OUT NOTHING!!!
2️⃣ 2-3 Gym workouts
3️⃣ A Manageable step count daily ( Averaged 10-15k per day )
4️⃣ Constant communication from both sides.. if ever she had an issue she wouldn’t hesitate to ask! As I say to all of my clients…. The more you ask me the more I can help you!
