After successfully completing a 18th birthday buffet for a client in Wigan and receiving excellent feedback and repeat customers, i decided to set up this page as i couldn't find anything similar in this area.

My name is Danny, i am 35 years old from Blackburn, Lancashire. i am a fully qualified chef (A Level Qualifications) backed with over 10 years catering experience. i also have all the necessary food safety and hygiene qualifications and having been faced with numerous Environmental Health Officers in my work life, i also have an excellent knowledge of current food safety and hygiene regulations. you can be assured your food will be prepared in the cleanest of environments!

During my time within the catering trade i gained an extensive knowledge of most cooking cuisines. All buffets are suitable for birthdays, funerals, weddings and any other occasion and can also be altered to suit any dietary requirements such as Vegetarian, Halal and Gluten Free. All of this can be delivered to a venue of your choice and can cost as little as £4.50 per head, depending on your needs.
