At Springfield Cottage we undertake a comprehensive Quality Assurance Programme incorporating feedback from residents, their relatives, staff and local professionals and stakeholders. This program ensures that we monitor the services and care we provide to ensure that we continue to meet and exceed your expectations. We offer both short (respite) and long stay care and recommend a trial period of up to four weeks to ensure that the Home can meet the residents needs and that the resident is happy that the right choice has been made. The Home offers activities and days out to all residents and we encourage them all to suggest ideas for this during our resident meetings. We have various forms of entertainers visiting the home as well as many other forms of in house and external entertainment that residents can take part in and enjoy. Friends and family are able to visit at any time and will always be given a warm welcome.
