This is result of bloody noisy fireworks!!!
Absolutely terrified and shaking😭

Earlier this morning I published an advertisement on balckpool accomodation, where I received correspondence from an account I did not recognise. The account was stating they were previous guests however I could not match them with any records or booking forms. From the information I had I believed this to be an online troll and nothing more. Since then I have been informed of the correct name of the guests who stayed which I have been able to match with my records. There was a problem noted with booking in as there was a misunderstanding around the ages of the guests and how many rooms they would need as they had booked a family room but actually required two doubles. I did help to rectify the situation by helping them find alternative accommodation or the first night, which was unfortunately another cost for these guests. We retract the comments on the advertisement around these guests not staying here which in fact they did after being able to identify more information. We completely refute the accusations of poor facilities and hospitality. We are a small b and b business and pride ourselves of giving all guests a good experience to the best of our abilities.

Thank you for reading and hope you can see where the misunderstanding arose🩷we are not perfect and on this occasion we were to blame for the wrong room being booked but went to the extreme to source suitable accomodation for one night x
