Key features include a snug, large fridge freezer, utility room, bi-fold doors leading on to a verandah and a spacious master bedroom with bespoke built in wardrobes, drawers and ensuite containing a large walk in shower.

Views across a beautifully landscaped lawn, next to the water's edge where you will take pleasure in seeing ducks, moorhens, sometimes geese and swans and the occasional kingfisher.

The expansive lounge area features an elegant L-shaped sofa that not only provides comfortable seating but also incorporates a sofa-bed and storage functionality. A complementary footstool and two accent chairs complete the ensemble. The kitchen, also spacious, provides ample storage, a convenient kitchen island with bar stools, and a tower-style cabinet housing the fridge/freezer, oven and grill, and a microwave.

The master and twin bedrooms offer TV points and dressing tables accompanied by fabric stools. With a family sized bathroom and an en-suite shower room, you have the best of both worlds.

The lounge has bi-fold doors which will lead out on to a large decked verandah area and will benefit from a good sized private garden area, all privately hedged for privacy.

Yes we are very dog friendly as you can see…… Cherry blossom is in full bloom and the birds are chirping 🐦‍⬛🦆🐥 why not come see for yourself. The Park is looking lovely, the leaves are out and most importantly so is the sunshine.
