Not posted anything this year as we have just been to busy, his a little paving area that needed re pointing in sand and cement, and fixed a few lose flags.

Just some of the jobs we have done. We all so do damp and condensation problems, with all this rain, most houses suffer now and often its a small fix and can be down people's habits and lack of knowledge.

With the price of living going up so much recently we have seen an increase in installing insulation.

Kitchen opened into lounge with new double doors . One door removed and new floors due to rotten joists. We also fitted airbricks to prevent the floors rotting again. This was the 5th house on the street with the same problem due to the amount of water under the houses.

A few recent pointing jobs and a garden pillar moved over to open the driveway up to make the access easier.

Another property pointed this week ready for the bad weather .

We had the pleasure of bringing this nearly 50 year old Accrington brick drive back to life by hand pointing it all 🙌

A full refurb on an old Indian paving job someone else made a mess off. Should last a few more year s now.

Bad quality photo's sorry 😕 another kitchen dinning room opened up this time with a volted ceiling and velux windows, new large opening for sliding doors, extra insulation on the external walls to keep the energy bills down. Just awaiting the Kitchen and floor to go down 🙂
