Over the last few weeks we have had to do some repairs to the dining room. These were due to a blocked sewerage pipe, which was caused by wet wipes and other products being flushed down the toilets. When the pipe was blasted to try and clear it, it caused the joint to pop and water gushed the only way it could from 9 bedrooms and through the ceiling. We have now got everything sorted and are up and running again.
It has taken two weeks to recover and we would like to thank our guests for their cooperation over the last two weeks.

We now have the phones working again so you can contact us on the usual number.

We currently have no telephone line so if you need us please call us on the mobile or message us on Facebook or messenger

We have two double rooms and a family room that sleeps 3/4 available for this weekend. Bookings are a two night minimum stay, and all rooms are en-suites.

Good news !!!
After two weeks of trying, we have finally got access to our business email account so any enquiries or bookings will now come through to us.

We are opening up on Friday 29th March for the season. We have availability for Easter weekend for two double rooms, and two single rooms. Call us direct for availability and prices for the rest of the year. We are open from Good Friday until Sunday 3rd November and bookings are already coming in, so don’t delay.

We are now closed until Easter 2024 except for the Christmas bookings that we are already fully booked for. Summer holidays are here and if you’re looking for a late break away, we still have limited availability and don’t forget the Illuminations from Friday 1st September until 1st January. We are open until Sunday 5th November for bookings. Message us or call us direct for details.

We have our accreditation inspection today from Stay Blackpool and pleased to say that we’ve been awarded our certificates for the next twelve months. This means that we are accredited by Visit England as part of the Stay Blackpool programme.

Due to increasing charges and a fallout with our card machine company, we have decided that we are no longer accepting card payments. Deposits can be paid by bank transfers or cheque, and balances by bank transfer 3 days before arrival or cash on arrival. We hope that this will not cause too many problems, but we feel that to help keep costs down, it is one of the various things we have looked into to maintain our prices.

Update on our 2023 season.

We are currently working on getting everything ready for opening late March / early April. A few minor changes are coming and we will update you soon on these. We are taking bookings for this year, but as of yet no deposits as we are still working on how we are doing things after our fall out with our card machine company. Hi folks we are looking for a plumber with public liability insurance who wants to quote us to fit a hot water tank and emersion heaters. It needs to feed 8 rooms for showers and wash basins on a gravity fed system.
If any of our guests, friends or anyone else who will see the job through, please contact us as we would like it fitted by end of next week if possible.

Just a reminder that we will be closing on Sunday 6th November 2022 and reopening early 2023, exact dates not yet known as we are still working out what maintenance is required before opening again.

Further to the previous post regarding midweek offers, we have availability for the illumination weekends until 6th November, and the last two weeks of October currently have good availability for the school holidays.

Illuminations start Friday 2nd September and we are offering discount prices for Monday to Friday, four night stays from Monday 5th September until Friday 14th October, (excluding 12th - 16th September).The price for B&B is £27.50 per person per night instead of £35.00, saving £30.00 per person for the four nights. Call us direct as this is not available on the booking site.

We have finally got draught beer available again and we’ve gone back to stocking Carling instead of Carlsberg lager. It’s taken us a long while (about two years) to get a supply of cellar gas, and now that’s been achieved, we are able to purchase the kegs.
