Michelle Monaghan graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Sports Coaching & Exercise Instruction, Michelle is a workout ju**ie with over 20 years’ experience as a coach, personal trainer, athlete and professional dancer. She likes nothing more than to see people progress with their fitness goals and coaching skills. Michelle works alongside two other gyms in the Blackpool area teaching over 25 fitness classes a week.

People always say to me what’s the difference between yoga and Pilates ?
I say Yoga can focus on mobility and stretching, while Pilates emphasises on building functional core strength, including the abdominals, hips, glutes, Lower and upper back, and inner thighs. It’s a whole body approach it encourages you to think about yourself as a person who moves and the best way to support those movements
Now I’m a level 4 Pilates instructor I feel confident to train clients that what to achieve personal goals.
Why did I train to teach Pilates?
