I often get asked the question whether guys can get a Dermaplane treatment considering their coarser facial hair and beards. The answer is, Yes! ... Dermaplaning offers less discomfort and also removes vellus hairs or “peach fuzz” from your face, leaving your skin smooth all over 🥰

How often do you clean your make up brushes? 🤔 as much as it can be a chore, make up brushes should be cleaned AT LEAST once a week! Besides bacteria, brushes also accumulate dead skin cells and oil, which can clog your pores and lead to dull or broken out skin. Clean brushes apply makeup better. Even the best makeup can become streaky and patchy when applied with a dirty brush. Clean bristles will assure a smoother application 🥰

I am forever telling my clients to not use wipes on they're face!! The chemicals used in wipes are not friendly! They are harsh on the skin because they contain strong, drying chemicals that strip the skin of its natural oils, altering the delicate pH of your acid mantle, which can cause inflammation and irritation. SAY NO TO WIPES!

Another happy Client (can I also add, she did not have a fat spotty face either!) I'm taking tonight off as I've had a hellish migraine for 2 days & need to get myself sorted for a hectic week AND wedding at the weekend. I am thinking about extending my bring a friend deal until the end of October and all messages will be answered tomorrow. Now I'm off to sit in a dark room, cold flannel on the back of my neck and put my sun glasses on 😎

The main question I get asked all of the time!

"But is the hair going to grow back thicker?? Or darker!?"

The answer is NO. Vellus hair will grown in exactly the same way as it did before your Dermaplaning treatment. It won't be thicker or darker. The hair follicle is not changed during this treatment, so the hair isn't being permanently changed. Hormones, Medical issues & Genetics are the only thing that can change the thickness or the colour of the hair.

In shorter terms, no you won't come back to me in a few months time with a thick beard 😄 The procedure aims to remove dead skin, peach fuzz, fine wrinkles and deep acne scarring, as well as make the skin's surface look silky smooth 🥰

I have been so busy with clients this week I've barely took a moment to myself! Last night, this little beauty had her first Dermaplaning session with me. She told me she sometimes done it herself and did try looking after her skin (I could tell this straight away) We done a Double Cleanse, Dermaplaning, A Glycolic Acid wash, an infused face mask containing cucumber extracts to purify and rehydrate the skin, followed by a face massage, Vitamin C Serum & Face Cream to protect the skin 🥰 Just look at that PERFECT GLOW 😍
