We’re back baby!!! 🥰🥰🥰

We’ve been away a few months making sure Laurels, Whitley Bay is the sickest venue known to man for the next 10 years and further so had to give the wee lass a little rest 🎭🎟🎶

But we’re opening our doors for a one off event next Saturday 10th September for an unreal day and night filled with banging tunes and banging tacos. We couldn’t reopen with 2 of our staples could we 🤷🏻‍♂️

And we’ve teamed up with the mint NEway for the tunes and the class Giz A Birria Taco, Pet for the scran. Daddy’s back! 🌮🎶

We're really excited about this one. We are taking over the kitchen at the brand new BABA YAGA'S in Whitley Bay.

Come down and enjoy some snack size tacos, nachos and fries. The guys at BY will be knocking out some sexy margaritas and some tequila tasting boards.

Well we haven't quite sold out this month so far but we are close. ROAST CHICKEN DINNER TACO 🫣🍗😮 wanna know how we make it? ⬇️

Step 1️⃣: Chicken is generously season and then roasted.

Step 2️⃣: After resting chicken is shredded and added to flour tortilla.

Step 3️⃣: Add homemade sausage, sage & onion stuffing, top it off with crispy shallots, potatoes and leeks before finishing off with a good lashing of stick onion gravy.

BEEF DINNER TACO 🫣🥩😮 wanna know how we make it? ⬇️

Step 1️⃣: Sear the beef over hot coals on the bbq before giving it a slow roast to medium rare.

Step 2️⃣: After a good rest the beef is thinly sliced and slapped onto that delicious Yorkshire pudding tortilla.

Step 3️⃣: Drizzle wasabi cauliflower cheese sauce over the beef and top it off with crispy shallots, potatoes and leeks before finishing off with a good lashing of rich beef gravy.

What a day yesterday was. SCORCHIO!

We'd like to thank all of you who still managed to fight the urge of a BBQ and came and got some food off us, the weather really was against us but we appreciate your support. Made it all worth it! Was nice to see some familiar faces, and of course new ones aswell.
