Save The Date! Winter is fast approaching so Marine Medical Social Prescribers are having a Winter Well- Being event. There will be lots of services and support from organisations and charities on the day because whilst the holiday season can bring joy it can also bring money worries, stress, and lots of other problems. But it's not all doom and gloom! There will be warm drinks, mince pies and, if we are good, maybe some treats from Santa! 4th December CVA hub 14 Market Place 1.30.4pm. All welcome.

Come along and experience a taster session with Control & Move Fitness and Pilates, have a chat about volunteering in your community with the lovely team and Voluntary Action Blyth Valley - CVABV, speak with the ever so lovely Candice from Briardale House about their events and activities, say hello to our very own Mental Health Practitioner or just catch up with our Social Prescribers and grab a biscuit and a cuppa.
