Emergency call out today, hot water pipe popped out of the fitting!

Repaired and water back on within an hour of first contact!

I’m running the great north run this year for the first time for a fantastic local charity Calmer Therapy

They support children, young people and adults who have additional needs, disabilities and mental health needs, and their families through an array of organised events and support.

Plugging a gap we have in supporting ever growing challenges that we and our children face, being in a neurodiverse household myself I’m fully aware of the challenges we and others face on a daily basis!

Annual Update:

Heads up that the Goverment are charging boiler manufacturers a levy on all new gas boilers, so anyone buying a new boiler from January 1st will pay on average £120 more vs prices now

I believe a manufacturer parts price rise is also on the horizon which will be the 3rd rise in 12 months. 🤯

Our labour rates remain the same and I’m happy to say they will do throughout 2024 too!👏

January now 40% booked up thank you for that

A few service slots left this Thursday, and the 28th and that’s it until after new year, January booking up fast too.

Repairs….all merchants are shut with the odd half day opening during the festive period so parts will be tricky to obtain between Saturday 23rd and 4th January, so if you’ve any boiler niggles or small issues it’s best to get booked in asap to avoid a long period without heating/hot water should the issue get worse.
