For those of you asking here is the floorplan of the caravan. At 40ft long, it's one of the largest around, with all the mod cons and plenty of storage. 🥰

Nothing says Relax more to me than a good night's sleep in comfortable, soft and crisp white bed linen. 🛏
Just received a delivery from Dusk of high thread, pure cotton linen, ready for our visitors in March. Anybody else slightly obsessed with their stuff?

Church Farm Holiday Park sits in a beautiful spot, next to a nature reserve and walking distance to the Pagham beach.

The caravan is located in Church Meadow. Just a 3 min stroll to the main complex. No need for a car!

Lovely electric fire, that can also emit heat in the lounge, although the caravan is centrally heated so kept toastie in cold spells.
Smart TV with freeview and the lounge also has built in bluetooth speakers for a better sound experience, and for connecting your phone for your choice of music.
Free Haven wifi also available.

And this is the outside space. Larger than average pitch, with newly paved patio and table bench that can comfortably seat 8 people. There will also be a BBQ available for people to use.
The decking is great for a morning coffee, with table and chairs.
Plenty of grass area for kids to play, quiet road.
And of course all south facing. 😎

There is a further two twin bedrooms, with plenty of storage and the main bathroom with a large shower.
