Bathroom installation and kitchen sink installation with new first fix pipework.

Removing all old pipes preventing future issues.

All ready to be tiled, shower screen and riser rail to be installed at the end (not by me)

Faulty concealed shower removed and new exposed Mira Relate fixed head shower installed with shower panels to cover the old shower hole.
(matching the tile design the best we could without taking all the tiles off the wall)

Cold water storage tank replacement due to old one having a split in the bottom and leaking through to the room below.
Insulation jacket was added after.

Radiator replacement due to rust.

New outside tap install to back garden. All ready for the summer garden watering.

New Ariston water heater installed, replacing old leaking heater.

Access panel cut out of tiled boxing.

Soil pipe adjusted with new parts to get a better fall, which had been causing the top floor toilet not to flush correctly.

Panel re fitted with screws for future access if needed.

Guest room Wc upgrade, new toilet, basin and Saniflo installed

Replaced this Triton Amore electric shower after not being commissioned correctly which caused the components to melt.
Always follow the manufacturers instructions.

Installed, commissioned and working 👍

Leaking cold main pipe in a concrete floor.

New copper pipe and insulation installed to protect the pipe.

New lever valve replacing seized stop c**k.

Filled in and cemented. 👌

Kitchen sink replacement with new pipework, replacing a rusted and corroded sink and pipework from a small leak.

Scale out install today.

Removes the scale from the incoming cold mains water throughout the house.

Vertical radiator installs with new pipework.

Sometimes tap changes aren't straight forward.
Had to cut both taps out from under the bath as the nuts were seized after being in for over 30 years.

Happy new year all.

Old shower not getting hot which doesn't have parts made for it anymore, replaced with a new Bristan bar shower and shower panel to cover the hole the old shower left behind.

Solution without replacing all the tiles.

Amazed this lasted 11 years.

Removed the pan connector to flexy pan connector to straight pan connector for a solid soil pipe and 90 bend and one flexy pan connector.

Downstairs cloakroom toilet refurb, new radiator, toilet and basin vanity.

Flooring also done by me, first time doing lino and went well.
