New Era Strata Cradles have been tested in compliance with Robust Details Limited requirements as stipulated in the Robust Detail Handbook for FFT2 Resilient Cradle and batten system.*
The minimum performance for this specification
is rdALw = 17dB.

rdALw = 24dB with the minimum build up.

💫Situated in Portsmouth Historical Dockyard, the Boathouse was a development that required an acoustic raised batten system for hardwood decking, Oak plank flooring and a plywood substrate for the 1st floor.

💫New Era Cradles were specified to provide a finished floor height range from 74-190mm and was fitted at 400mm centres. This proved a versatile and cost effective way to overcome all the different levels.

💫We use recycled material in our products?

👍🏼The Tale Filled PP we have supplied to us is reprocessed injection grade based on 100% recycled plastic.
The product is based on post industrial bumpers and Tale Filled P post industrial products which are then mixed in a 5 tonne blender to give a uniform product.
Al the materials are bought in by our supplier and are then shredded, granulated, compounded and then go through a series of metal detectors.
We also add that even the 1 tonne bulk bags which the material is supplied in have been recycled and can be recycled again.
