We unfortunately have decided to stop hiring our box due to the unavoidable increase of insurance at the moment and a cost we do not feel we can pass onto our clients.

Can we please remind everyone to return the horsebox how you found it!

This lovely hirer went above and beyond and returned the box immaculately clean!

It is increasing coming back barely even swept out which is making it hard for us to keep on top of bio security and making turnaround of the box longer.

All we ask is that you sweep and wash out the floor or shavings/hay/droppings. And wash down the wall where the haynet has been. No one wants a wall full of your horses snot on the next hire 🙃🙃

This makes our disinfecting job that bit easier and allows us to be flexible on pickup and drop off times!
If this continues we will have no choice but to enforce a mandatory cleaning fee that will be taken from your security deposit unless the box is returned how you collected it.

Next door the the pick up / drop off location in Kearsley there is a Shell station with a jet wash, £1 will get you enough time to rinse it down.

Weekends through the year are booking up fast on the popular show dates so be quick if you are needing box hire!

50% deposit required to reserve your date 🐴

When arranging transport please make sure your transporter has the relevant qualification, Type 1 or Type 2 for long distance, in order to be insured!

We go through this qualification to make sure we can check, load, travel horses safely for them to get to their destination safe and happy.

We have limited availability for November for assistance loading.

We have had really great feedback from this and will be sharing some of the horses stories soon!

🐴 Are you reluctant to hire a box to go out because you’re not sure if your horse will load?

We have had a few boxes returned in the past with them not actually having gone anywhere because the horses would not load!!

We are now offering a service where we will bring the box to your yard to help you load your horses.

Transporting horses has given us a lot of experience in loading lots of different and difficult horses but there is always a way and we want to keep our horses happy and for them to have a good experience with us to help them in the future when they go on their travels again.

We have just had a cancellation and this weekend 24th & 25th Sept has become available.

£100 per day and ive had lots of requests for these dates because of the amount of shows that are on but refused them prior because we had a confirmed booking.

Just a few reminders -

▶️We are unable to secure your date without a deposit, this is the fairest way.
▶️Please return the box how you would like to find it, as per the T&Cs there is a cleaning charge if not.
▶️We do not live on site. If there has been no pre arranged drop off time because you don’t yet know, please call us to give us 30-40 mins notice of when you will arrive so we can be there.
▶️We will meet you at the end of the car park where the horsebox is parked.
▶️Night before pickup and morning after drop off is available depending on the prior or following booking to your booked day.
▶️All documents are needed to be scanned as per the T&Cs, we can help with this if needed.

Due to the massive increase in costs of fuel we are unfortunately going to have to raise our refundable security deposit holding to £200. This is to cover the additional costs to us in the event of a miss fuel for example. We apologise we have had to raise the refundable deposit and will review this again once fuel prices come back down to an acceptable/sensible level.

Another weekend another unexpected day free due to cancellation on Sat 18th June. With expected ☀️ could be a nice day out.
