This is one is for my fellow Lashes in the Industry.
TAKE A BREAK!
Stand up, stretch your legs, swing your arms, roll your neck, and do whatever else you need to do so you can sit comfortably and get the job done to the best of your ability.
Lashing, especially back to back is absolutely back breaking, and can really take it's toll on your posture.
I'll hold my hands up and admit that this is something I haven't been doing until very recently, but it's SO important.
I've actually found that I work much better when I make this a priority. There's even been a couple of occasions where I've taken a minute or 2 during an appointment to do this, and trust me, your client will not mind, because in the long run you work much faster because your hands and neck are nice and loose.
This is something I wish I'd have put into practice much sooner. Hope it helps someone. ๐ค
