booked in for a upper body massage because of having really tight traps. Josh went to a chiropractor and had been advised to have a sports massage due to training 7 days a week it 100% had an impact on his body carrying so much tension and knots. The session allowed me to work into the muscles to try and release some of the tension.

booked in for a massage due to having an injury on his ‘achilles heel’ which was super tight and painful. I did some range of movement tests and worked into the area and the lower body concentrating on my clients achilles heel to try and relieve some of the tension/knots in the area.
My client has a fight on the 16th April so wanted to make sure he was injury free before this 😊

trains 6 times a week and has a PT who also runs her own business so is constantly on the go 24/7. As you can see when I did some tests on Hollie you can see her arm was super restricted on the left side.
