Hello. I ` m Karen
I work from my tranquil home based Garden Room and mobile appointments in the comfort of your own home. We all know many thing can contribute to back pain, muscle tension , and our mood, especially during pregnancy, which is an exciting time , but is also a time when your body and your hormones are changing .Massage is great for the hormonal and physiological l changes during pregnancy , benefitting both mother and baby. Whilst we can also experience aches and stresses during the postnatal period, as a working mum and later in life as we ,move through the menopausal stage.
I believe massage and holistic therapy is an essential part of life to help with your natural healing through easing muscle tension and balancing the mind and body. Your chosen treatment will be tailored to your individual needs. Be it stress, aches and muscular tension/pain; Or to unwind your mind into a feeling of total relaxation. Treating you empathically, using either relaxing massage techniques / deep tissue / or a combination of both as agreed in your individual consultation.
My passion for helping people achieve the best they can with their wellbeing began during my nursing career and continues to be at the heart of my practice as a massage therapist.
As a working mum, I understand the need to take time out for yourself. isn`t easy .As a locally based therapist I can offer treatments in your own home or my Garden Room to fit in with your day. To enable you to be treated holistically, individually and feeling youโve been to a place where you can just relax.
