A recent insurance project we’ve just completed near Preston.
A flood damaged property due to a leak in the loft had ruined the entire house.
Our small team brought it back to life again for two very appreciative and wonderfully patient lady’s.
Who are now ready to move back into there new house in time for Christmas.
New heating system, new bathroom, new wooden floor and skirting throughout.
Full new kitchen and fully decorated.

A customer rang us to say they’d gone as far as they could with a project to convert there garage into a utility room.
We called to quote and found it needed completely stripping out unfortunately to meet building regs.
New insulation in the floor with cement screed.
New stud work and door casings
New ring and wiring
New insulation throughout
Fire board where needed and plasterboard elsewhere.
It’s now being skimmed and we’re fitting fire doors to take it to a finished signed off shell.

Compact little downstairs bathroom we’ve just finished.
Lovely choice of tiles.
Plastering and underfloor heating gone in along with new lights and fan for ventilation.

All in all a lovely job.

Another lovely job completed today by the team.
This was an insurance job we had to completely strip out the old bathroom and even repair floor joist due to water damage.
In the end the customers were over the moon with the results.

Will be helping with tiling, plumbing, small bits of joinery.
We undertake a lot of insurance work and private bathroom fitting plus more..

Another job completed this week.
This was a seperate bathroom and toilet. We knocked down the wall to open up the two rooms into one, blocked off one door and fitted a new casing.
Fitted traditional bath, tiles and shower.
The customer had bought a lovely bespoke sink unit which was fitted.
They also had under floor heating installed
by elite electrical

All in all a lovely bathroom 🤩
