Did you know we also replace doors? Here’s some pictures of a Composite door we fitted on Thursday. Our customer wanted a more modern look and the results are fantastic. The outside of the door is Duck Egg Blue 👌🏻. All of our doors are fitted with 3* high security locking barrels as standard.

How about this for a transformation. Our customer wanted more light and a more modern look so asked us to remove the old window and replace it with a new French door. The old brickwork was cut out and removed, DPC fitted and internal reveals freshly plastered for a tidy finish.

Before and after of a job we carried out earlier today. Our customer decided that they wanted to remove the lead and go for a more modern look. The customer also asked us to fit some new porch windows ready for them to fit their own roof. The results were pretty impressive if we do say so ourselves 🤩

Hilux

Due to us being extremely busy and needing 2 full time fitting vans we’re reluctantly selling our 2017 Toyota Hilux dual cab, AUTOMATIC in pearl white.

The body has some scratches and dents but that is reflected in the price. Mechanically this van has never given us a hint of trouble, and if we could justify keeping it we definitely would!

Some pictures from a job we completed earlier this week.

Our customer wanted to upgrade their windows and to go for more ventilation upstairs whilst keeping security in mind for downstairs. To increase airflow we’ve fitted side opening windows to the upstairs. With security in mind we’ve fitted frames with smaller top opening windows downstairs.

The results look great and our customer will now be saving money on their energy bills with the latest Low E glass fitted into their new frames.

What do you all think of these Aluminium Bi-Folds that we fitted today? We think they look great! Our customer decided to replace their old Aluminium Sliding Patio Doors with a modern Bi-Fold and the results are stunning 🤩.

Oh we do like to be beside the seaside 🎶.

This was an interesting and challenging job. The customer had a few failed units in their front door frame and decided to have all of the units replaced to upgrade to the latest Low E Glass and to ensure that all of the units have the same appearance. With such a large expanse of glass and the current cost of energy, it is vital to have high quality Low E Glass to prevent as much heat loss through your windows as possible.

Here’s a before and after picture of a bespoke leaded light that we’ve replicated and replaced today. We take great pride in the work that we do and will always strive to match any design that the customer requires. This unit was one of five in a bay window so it was imperative that it matched, as you can see it was bang on 👌🏻. If you have any glazing requirements please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Here are the “after” pictures. The new glass and French Doors have made a massive difference to the conservatory and it’s now as good as new. All of the glass we fit is Pilkington K-Glass S which is a high performance Low E glass so our customers can save money on their heating bills. If you have any glazing requirements get in touch.

Some “before” and “during” pictures of a job we completed last week in Westhoughton. Our customer wanted to refurb their conservatory and have new glass and roof panels fitted. They also wanted a modern French Door fitting with 3* Star Security Locks to improve the security and practicality of their conservatory.

The customer had several large double glazed units containing Georgian Bar that had failed at the back of the house. The new double glazed units were manufactured to match the existing design so that only the failed units had to be replaced.

The new units have made a massive difference and the customer can now see out over their lovely garden again!

We’ve been a bit quiet on here recently due to being very busy. Here’s another recent job we completed. Our customer decided to swap out the leaded units for new thermally efficient clear glass units.

A few before and after images from some jobs that we’ve recently completed. All of these jobs required us to replace the glass that was set into wooden frames. Although replacing glass into wooden frames is far more time consuming than uPVC, we enjoy doing them to keep our skills up. When we started trading 19 years ago the majority of our work was replacing glass into wooden frames. We are happy to replace glass into any window frame whether it is uPVC, Aluminium or Hardwood/Softwood.

Squeaky Clean

Today we worked for a customer who we’ve worked for before, and who wanted to change the look of their home.

We replaced all of the leaded units with new thermally efficient clear units. We also supplied and fitted a new front door. The difference is amazing and we are definitely proud of this one.
