Having traded since 2019 from Bolton town centre ‘Crompton Place Shopping centre’ the company is now growing and therefore looking for a suitable candidate to manage the Bolton store.

ARL Manchester LTD - Gothic ,The company is growing with a future plan to expand into other shopping centres.

The Crompton Place store requires a Manager to assist and to take care of the store with the help of the supervisor and the Director.

The type of candidate that is required is someone who is well dressed, well spoken, with a management experience of at least two years upwards.

Must have experience of stock organising, merchandising, co ordinating stock.Must have an ability to manage staff.An ability to think outside the box in every situation.Experience in reaching sales targets for each month.Loyalty towards the company is a big part of this position.

Must have the experience to be able to train other staff to make your role easier so that the whole team can depend on each other and work together in a professional

We work as a team and support each other in order to make the store more successful , which benefits us all on a long term basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Can Micro Manage Staff
Has experience with Cash Float System
Can build teamwork structure or create structure with in store
Can take phone calls / deal with customer enquiries
Can deal with issues / problems within store if any occur
Leadership skills for sales staff or in general with people / situation
Can work well with younger staff/ customers
Can get involved with finances with director / supervisor with figures
Become involved with new ideas and add to the company to help improve sales
Is able to come into any future meetings as they have a key role within the company and decision making
Can open/ close store
The ability to build a team around them to make their life easier
Merchandising and coordination Skills for window display and more
Providing and engaging and convenient service for our customers
Delivering sales,outstanding customer experience
Maintaining personal and productive goals
Connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions to access needs
