Recently I have helped to ease back pain, neck and shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis, sore achy feet, lymphoedema, fibromyalgia, to name but a few!
The foot maps the whole body and still amazes me every time I do a treatment, after 8 years of practising .I love my job, to help people and to ease their symptoms is a great feeling! X

I haven’t posted in a while so thought I would say hello and hope everyone is keeping well . Over the last 2 and a half years I have been learning Acupressure and Chinese medicine , it’s affects are amazing and I have learnt how you breathe is a major factor in helping your body cope with stress. Very often if we stop for a minute ,we would find we are only breathing into our chest not into our stomachs.

After being self employed for 7 years now and never putting my prices up ,I am really sorry but from the start of the new tax year 6th April my prices are going up slightly, as all my supplies have increased, hope you all understand and I am sorry when everything else is also increasing and times are hard.

Also from the first week in April I am going to be at Essence of beauty every Thursday and every other Friday, the rest of the week I will be continuing mobile home visits!
