This is impressive phoned Sky 8 days ago to come out to one of their marvellous Q boxes after an engineer fitted it with gaffer tape on it. Was promised a 30 minute call back. Hence doesn't work properly now. Currently on hold with "Betty" in India. She doesn't know what a pub is 🤣 bless her. She told me they have to arrange an engineer through them. Lol they have just offered me the 4th October hence I've told them I won't be paying on the 11th September. Customer services what a shambles. Let's see how long they take to contact me when I don't pay !!
