It's been an amazing year.

We are hiring for high end painters and Decorators.

We have works in commercial and domestic and need people who are local to the Boston, Lincolnshire - mainly for domestic.

Must be good on outside works and working with high end clients who are bespoke.

Commercial works.
We have won works across United Kingdom with works potentially secured till October 2024 and beyond.

I am currently managing all sites across this area, however now need people on the ground due to this massive demand in our services.

We are applying for further works with a various of other big names up and down the country, we are applying for a massive project across Lincolnshire which could commence 2025.

Big things are happening and we now need a supportive, secure team.

Must be prepared to work away from home.

No time wasters please, we need people who are committed and prepared to work away from home, and can do domestic and commercial, wallpaper etc.

This is sub-contracting with the potential of full-time, work.

This is an on-site role for a
1 Painter and Decorators
1 Tiler multi-skilled
1 plaster Multi-skilled

To work under Cain-Smith Decorating Limited located in Boston and across the United Kingdom, you maybe required to work away from home.

You will be responsible for performing all aspects of required works on a variety of commercial and residential projects.

Proven experience as the above trade with knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and equipment used.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and specifications to determine the type of need for the works, and what is required for each job

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a safe, clean, and organised manner
Knowledge of color theory, styles, and design elements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Commitment to quality and customer service, with a focus on achieving high levels of client satisfaction

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites

High school diploma or equivalent qualification. We have a no tolerance for alcohol or drugs with our company, and smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Today I saw a man distributing poppies stop a lady and ask if he could reposition her poppy. While doing so he told that lady she should wear the poppy on her left side (over her heart); the red represents the blood of all those who gave their lives, the black represents the mourning of those who didn't have their loved ones return home, and the green leaf represents the grass and crops growing and future prosperity after the war destroyed so much. The leaf should be positioned at 11 o'clock to represent the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, the time that World War One formally ended. He was worried that younger generations wouldn't understand this and his generation wouldn't be around for much longer to teach them.

We have a long way to go, but we have each other, we have our business and its going to thrive. Benjamin is finally doing it 🙌🏻 I'm so proud of him everyday ❤️ even when I know his tired he powers through and keeps going.

For us moments like this when we get a customer satisfaction survey back, excellent all the way and consideration and very patient and thats what Benjamin is. I've worked in construction for 20 plus years, and never have I know someone who has such decorum and paitence with clients and customers.

Benjamin is finishing off this current domestic external project.

Due to the clients timescale they have not been able to get a bespoke replacement gate, due to the properties extension. Benjamin as he always does, goes above and beyond agrees to work on a date rate allowance to replace the old gate with new. Benjamin recommended a local supplier for the gate, and then measured, cut down to measure and hung the new gate.

Benjamin with his skill has saved the client on outlays for a carpenter to attend the site. His a multi skilled trade, and handyman who when he sets his mind to it usually is able to come up with a way and method to not only paint and decorate properties, but to bring well needed renewal to homes.
