Hello to our Saucy customers. Regrettably, due to the economy we have made the very difficult decision not to re-open for now. The brand will remain alive , and we hope to be back stronger than ever one day. Until then, thank you to all of our customers that supported , loved and spread the name of Saucy. Just wanted to thank everyone who came to our initial Burger Beer and Beats night on Saturday!

We were a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people that turned up so thank you so much for all of your support!

It was a great acid test for us and we’ve picked up on a few things that can be improved but one thing we don’t have to worry about, was the quality of the food with everyone saying how good it was!!!

We are not just about the burgers. The cheesesteak. Beautiful local steak mixed with onions peppers and homemade cheese sauce. 🤯🥳

We are an up and coming American restaurant and takeaway in Bournemouth and have an exciting opportunity for a chef to join our team. Our aim is to create the best possible food using the best possible ingredients with EVERYTHING being cooked from scratch. We are trying to create a brand which will grow into something special and are looking for a candidate to help us do this and also enjoy the ride.

We are looking for a chef or someone with a passion for food willing to learn. Some kitchen experience is preferred but we will provide training to a willing enough candidate. We have a very small team so teamwork and energy is absolutely essential. We are looking for someone who understands the needs of a customer and is able to put them first whilst maintaining consistency. As the business is in its infancy, it will be evolving with the customers so adaptability will be key to the role. We are aiming to create a small, efficient friendly team so are seeking people who can stay in a job for a while.

The job role will include:

- Eye for detail
- Cooking
- Food preperattion
- General cleaning
- Stock control
- Customer service

We are looking for a delivery driver to work part time evenings and weekends. Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given. We are a small friendly team so you must be able to integrate well into that. You will be fed and watered during shifts.

We are a brand new, up and coming burger restaurant and takeaway in Bournemouth and have a rare and exciting opportunity for a driver to join our team. Our aim is to create the best possible food using the best possible ingredients with EVERYTHING being cooked from scratch. We are trying to create a brand which will grow into something special and are looking for a candidate to help us do this and also enjoy the ride.

We are looking for a delivery driver to work part time evenings and weekends. Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given. You will be paid minimum wage plus tips and £1 per delivery. During quiet periods there will be odd jobs around the restaurant to complete.
