FOR THE LITTLE PEOPLE

It’s not just adults that need a little subconscious help; I recently worked with a young boy going through some troubles, manifesting in 7 solid nights of bed-wetting. One remote session later and dry nights have resumed. Love helping our little ones 💛

CELLULAR MEMORY

Our cells do an awesome job. They specialise in all sorts of roles and all without us consciously having to tell them to do it. The thing is, they also hang on to things energetically that frankly we’d rather they didn’t. They’ve got a fab memory, our cells. They can remember how to do their specialist job AND they can still remember the emotions you felt when you ended it with Jamie in 2007!

You may not be consciously aware of it, but that energetic memory can be problematic for the body and it’s day-to-day function, as well as with our experience of daily life.

The answer?
Help your cells to release those emotions so you can let go and move on, free from that excess baggage.... it’s can be troublesome, you know!

IT’S STORY TIME 📖

Your subconscious mind is constantly and consistently reading your story, like it’s story time at the local library.

But story time never ends at this library; your story is constantly being re-told, each chapter simultaneously read with the next ... including your present chapter - where you are right in this moment.

As you’re creating your current chapter, you’re doing so with the help of your previous chapters, and in particular, the notes your subconscious 💭 has written in the margins - how you felt, the emotions you experienced and the thoughts you had are all scribbled down and used to inform your subconscious of how to behave and react as you live out your current chapter.

Sometimes this serves us brilliantly, but other times? Not so much!

Tell your story as you want it to be told NOW by updating the notes in the margin, instead of recreating experiences from 20 years or so ago. It’s amazing to watch your life change for the better 🥳

YOU ARE YOUR OWN CREATOR

At the subconscious level of the mind, there is no past or future, only the here and now.

So according to your subconscious mind, everything it’s learned from experiences you’ve had, whether they happened today, yesterday or ‘way back when’, is considered to be happening RIGHT NOW.

What does this mean?

It means that every thought, feeling, belief and emotion is influencing what’s going on in your life TODAY, because your storybook is very effectively being read and re-read by your subconscious mind - like a song on repeat... that is, until you decide to change it.

Change your mind 💭 and you change what story you are subconsciously telling yourself with every second of every day, so that your story reflects what you want it to RIGHT NOW instead of what you were telling yourself 20 years ago!

The short answer is ANYTHING! Whether it’s a physical symptom or an emotional or mental state, changing your mind can have an incredible effect on what you’re experiencing.

AS ONE DOOR CLOSES...

Ever been scared to let go of something just in case? What if I never have it again? What if life gets harder? What if I’m never happy again??

Letting go can feel scary but if we’re gripping onto something with both hands, we have no free hands to reach out for something new.

Opportunities can appear at any time and if we’re so rooted in the past or clinging onto something that’s not doing much for us anymore, we’re missing out on new and exciting opportunities that would otherwise be coming our way.

Letting go helps us to close the door on an outdated part of our life, and sends out a beacon for new and exciting opportunities in its place. Subconscious reprogramming creates a medium to do exactly that.

WHAT’S YOUR STORY?

We can easily get caught up in our own story. Oh the drama of it all - sometimes even exaggerating how awful a particular experience was for us, and boy do we love to share it.

Thing is, every time we think about it or talk about it when we’re still hung up on all its drama, it’s like we end up convincing ourselves even MORE of the injustices, as much as we do everyone else!

The point to make here is, it’s good to talk (80s BT advert anyone??) but it’s the true honesty and intention behind the chatter that helps the transformation process get underway.

Remember, we can’t change the experience; it’s happened. But we CAN change how we feel about it. Our perceptions of a situation change everything - they bring peace, acceptance, and even change your experience of life going forward because you won’t be attracting similar scenarios.

Make the chatter work for you. Involve your subconscious & get the train moving to your next amazing destination. Don’t stay stuck at the station. 💫

WHO’S REALLY IN CHARGE HERE?

When life’s going great, and everything’s working out as you planned, each day’s a dream. But when stuff happens you weren’t expecting and it all takes a turn for the worse, it can be very easy to play the blame game.

“If it wasn’t for her meddling, I’d have got that job!”
“It’s all his fault!”
“They made me feel so angry 😡!”

What we’re really saying is, “I have no control over my life.” We draw into our reality those experiences that match the invisible signals we’re emitting. Once we know that, we can change the experiences by changing our signal, and we start rocking the interview or gaining that new client or creating more time for family.

Remember, you’re the one in the driving seat. You’re the one that can change the experiences in your reality. Life really can be that good.

MAGIC DOESN’T JUST HAPPEN AT CHRISTMAS 😉

But often it’s when we most notice it, because Christmas is aaaall about miracles and serendipity, right? But why limit that to a few days a year?

You can create magic in your life story all year long by believing in something new. Subconsciously, we makes notes about our story and it’s those notes that direct our behaviour, both how we interact with the world and how our cells interact with each other. By changing our perceptions and beliefs about a particular experience, we change it ALL! And THAT leads to those inexplicable miracles.

Magic is for life, not just for Christmas 😉💫

THE UNIVERSE IS ALWAYS LISTENING TO WHAT YOU’RE BROADCASTING...

Making changes to your life and creating new things means we need to ask for them. But how?

We all have our own energy field and it speaks out to everyone and everything around us, letting our environment know who we are and what we’re about. Our signal isn’t just broadcasting to your dog or your friend sat next to you, but it’s reaching out into the wider network - the World (and beyond!) WiFi - which is always in receiver mode. It picks up your signal and sends you more stuff that matches it. It contains every conceivable possibility - it’s like one giant pot of possibilities and you just need to connect to it with a signal that’s aligned with what you really want.

The upshot of all this is, if you’re sending out a signal that says ‘I don’t deserve to be happy’ or ‘I’m not good enough’, maybe it now makes sense why that amazing job interview didn’t come to anything or why your dates with Jake didn’t go anywhere.

So what DO you really want?

When you’ve worked that out, update your subconscious mind 💭because it FEEDS your signal. Clearer signal = more potential. Say hello to the good stuff! 🥳

HOW SOON WILL THINGS CHANGE?

That really depends. Often you’ll feel a difference within the session and know that something has changed; other times you may need to activate the new subconscious changes by taking deliberate actions towards your goal.

Conscious action steps can be really key as they build momentum towards your end goal. Say your goal was to lose weight - would you just sit back on the sofa with a takeaway and expect to drop the weight overnight without actively change your lifestyle habits to get there?

The steps build momentum and the subconscious beliefs back you up with every step 💫

- CHANGE YOUR MIND TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE

What you’re thinking and feeling is more important than you think when it comes to making changes in your life.

You see, you’re always transmitting a signal, a signal that’s a culmination of all your thoughts, feelings, perceptions and experiences, and it reaches far out into the world, and searches for a similar signal. When it finds something, it’s attracted back to you ... but what if that signal was attracting poor choices, a lack of opportunities or unwanted experiences?

To change what you’re receiving in life, we need to change what’s being transmitted. Do that, and life starts to get a whooooole lot better!

- YOU ALREADY HOLD ALL THE KEYS

It can sometimes feel like there’s something missing when it comes to making changes - “but I can’t change it - I don’t know how!” It’s like the ‘how’ feels like the missing key.

The reality is, we don’t need to know ‘how’ because the wisdom within us already knows everything it needs to, and it’s safely written in the pages of our subconscious storybook - it’s the key to the lock.

All we need to do is let go of needing to know ‘how’ to do it, allow our mind 💭 to take the wheel, and watch the change unfold.

Sometimes, we just need to let go.. and allow our mind to turn the relevant key 😉

... IT’S TIME TO INVESTIGATE

Your subconscious mind 💭 stores everything that’s happened in your life to date, collating it like one big story - I call this the Subconscious Storybook 📘

Thing is, your subconscious is also making stacks of notes in the margin, detailing your emotions, your feelings, your thoughts, and most crucially, your perceptions. And it uses all of this info to build on your story so that whenever similar experiences happen for you, you draw on those notes and react similarly to before, and in some cases, that ain’t all that helpful! 😬

Within each session, we identify some of those notes in the margin, giving us an opportunity to adjust what’s written and update the notes with a new perception, so allowing us to react differently and produce a different outcome. Result!

— FEEL LIKE YOU’RE MISSING THAT LAST PIECE OF THE PUZZLE?

Getting to that end goal can sometimes feel so elusive. It’s like you’re doing a whodunnit jigsaw. You get to those last few pieces... but wait! There’s one missing! And it’s the piece that crucially tells you whodunnit (and it’s not the Butler!)

Truth is, there is no missing piece 🧩 You already have everything you need, you just can’t see it yet. All you need do is clear away the dusty debris that’s hiding it from view and that last piece’ll appear....

Or do you walk through life expecting the worst?

The subconscious mind is always broadcasting a signal and the more we strengthen it with low expectations, the universe sends us back more of the same. It’s like we’re saying, “Hey world, I’m expecting this interview to go really badly, so make it happen, ok?!”

If we change the programme in our subconscious mind 💭 to expect the best of a situation (no matter how scary or improbable that might seem right now) we create a new set of opportunities and receive a better outcome.

Strolling through life expecting the worst can be a self-fulfilling prophecy. If you always expect to have what you’ve always had, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.... time for an update?

— MIND OVER MATTER

We see pretty regularly how our emotions can affect the smooth running of our body (ever got an upset stomach before heading to an interview or something else equally as nerve-wracking??! 😳).

The feelings generated from the emotion, and ultimately the thought you had that kicked it all off, start a chain of reactions in the body so causing things like headaches or stomach upsets.

So seeing as the mind has such a big impact on how the body functions, why not use it to your advantage?

— Q: HOW DOES THIS WORK ONLINE?

Making changes within the subconscious mind is really easy online.

Think about two people having a chat on their mobile phones in different countries. There’s no physical cable joining them together (tin cans and rope, anyone?!) yet they can still communicate with a strong connection. The results are the same, regardless of location.

Our energy fields are connected despite the absence of visible cables. Quantum mechanics confirms they we’re all connected all the time - ever been thinking about someone and then they happen to call you? Not such a coincidence ... 😉

— Meet your Subconscious Storybook

We all have our own story. If you looked back through it, there’d no doubt be some truly awesome chapters! But others may not have been all that.

I love this Storybook. It’s a collection of our life stories to date, and our subconscious mind is busily scribbling down notes in the margin, whether we’re popping down to the supermarket or down the pub for a night out.

And it’s all those notes, those feelings, emotions, memories and experiences that are influencing how we behave and how we react to life. It might answer that all too familiar question, “why on EARTH did I do THAT?!!”

Subconsciously, we are always reading and re-reading our Storybook, it’s like a song that plays on a continuous loop, and unless we change the tune, we’ll just keep singing the same song, and that translates to life being the same as we’ve always had it, whether it’s how we want it to be or not.
