String Hoppers or ‘Idiyappam’ - a traditional Sri Lankan specialty. 🇱🇰Rice flour pancakes are popped into a press to form noodles; a perfect partner for all dishes, and eaten ‘back home’ from dawn ‘til dusk. An alternative to the original Egg Hoppers. 😋
