Reels and TikToks are fun so here are some tips to ensure you're getting the best out of your content from each platform.

📱Creative Reels Cover: Visuals matter, and TikTok isn't always the most aesthetic app. Make the transition easy by choosing/ creating a graphic to go over your reel before posting.

📖Alt Text and Subtitles: 78% of people scroll through Insta with their audio off. Catch this audience by inserting captions and using text based reels where necessary to demonstrate your point.

🕺🏽Consider the audience: Tiktok is very laid back, fun and trend driven. Insta is more focused around aesthetic so consider this and ensure that when you share reels or TikToks between platforms you've considered that the content is right for everybody watching.

As a topic that is strongly tied to our industry, with social media managers experiencing bouts of burnout due to the extremely high speed working environment and tight deadlines that come with the nature of our beast.

We've sadly witnessed it as an agency ourselves and are currently dedicating to new staff health and wellness projects in an aim to combat these issues.

Meet the bundle of joy that is Donni 😍

Our equivalent of a Disney Princess (butter would melt in her mouth) Donni when not in the office can be found having a sleepover with her Nonna and Nonno, or creating heartwarming content for her Youtube channel. 📷

Despite her Youtube fame, she’s the most approachable and kind hearted member of the team. Having only joined the team just after Christmas she’s wowed us with her inherent Italian passion for all she does, especially with her talents behind a camera on client shoots.
