We are sorry we have been away since the pandemic started, due to the nature of our interactions with the public especially Children and the vunerable, it just wasn't responsible..
We hope to be back in 2024, trooping and raising monies for charities again.
Apologies to everyone who has messaged us this year, all our correspondences have been in shutdown....

Star Wars' Boba Fett actor Jeremy Bulloch dies aged 75 The actor was best known for playing the bounty hunter Boba Fett in the original trilogy.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that David Prowse MBE (the original Darth Vader) has sadly died. We were lucky enough to have met him on various occasions and he was kind enough to sign not only our charity stormtrooper helmet but also DTs personal Vader helmet...
Our condolences to his family....he will be missed by thousands.

Once again, Dorset Troopers remembers a good friend and a one of a kind member, Jon Pilch
Sadly 6 years ago today he passed away, far to young.
You will always be missed Jon but never forgotten, by us and all of those that knew you.
We are unable to pay our usual respects at Moors Valley today where his ashes are scattered but I'm sure all our members and his friends will be raising a glass or two tonight in his honour.
